A Brenham man was arrested Monday charged with driving during a time his driver’s license is under suspension.
Brenham Police report that Monday night at 10:20, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a traffic stop on the 900 block of Highway 290 West. The driver, Franco Rivera, 48 of Brenham, was driving during a time his driver’s license is under suspension. Rivera was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for driving while license invalid, enhanced.
