JUNETEENTH CLOSURES FOR BRENHAM, WASHINGTON CO.

  

Brenham and Washington County offices are closed today (Wednesday) in celebration of Juneteenth. 

Closures include Brenham City Hall, Brenham Municipal Court, Brenham Animal Services, the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library and all county offices.

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center will still be open from 1 to 5 p.m.  The Brenham & Washington County Visitor Center will have normal hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Collection/Transfer Station will also be open, and residential and commercial trash pick-up will operate on a standard schedule.

The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will be closed today.  Members can access their account information and make payments through the co-op’s website, www.bluebonnet.coop, the co-op’s MyBluebonnet mobile app, or by calling 800-842-7708.  Power outages can be reported through the website, the mobile app, or by calling 800-949-4414.  Members enrolled in Bluebonnet’s Outage Alerts can report an outage by texting OUT to 85700.
