WARRANT ARREST MADE ON HOUSTON MAN

A Houston man had a warrant arrest made on him Thursday.
Brenham Police report that Thursday afternoon at 2:15, Officer Tina Bruno and Detective Andrea Guerra met with Don Lester Franklin, 59 of Houston, at the Brenham Police Department and placed him under arrest for two outstanding warrants for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The warrants were issued stemming from an incident that took place in the 200 block of Riggs Street on June 15th. Officers responded to a disturbance involving a male subject, later identified as being Mr. Franklin, pointing a handgun at two people. No one was injured at the time of the incident.
