BRENHAM, WASHINGTON CO. OFFICES CLOSED FOR FOURTH OF JULY

  

Local government offices will be closed today (Thursday) in celebration of Independence Day.

Brenham City Hall, Brenham Municipal Court, Brenham Animal Services, the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library and all county offices will be closed.

While the Collection/Transfer and Recycling Station will also be closed, residential and commercial trash pick-up will operate on a standard schedule.

All pools at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center will be open today with hours of 1 to 5 p.m.  The Brenham & Washington County Visitor Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will be closed.  Members can access their account information and make payments by going to www.bluebonnet.coop, using the MyBluebonnet mobile app or calling 800-842-7708.  They can report power outages through the website, mobile app, or by calling 800-949-4414.  Members enrolled in Bluebonnet’s Outage Alerts can report an outage by texting OUT to 85700.
