SIX PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Six people plead guilty and were sentence by Judge Carson Campbell in District Court this week.

Roderick Dewayne Nolan, 36 of Washington, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for Burglary of Habitation.

Adrian Gutierrez, 33 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Assault of a Pregnant Person and Violation of a Protective Order, 2 or more times.

Alyssa Castillo, 37 of Navasota, had her probation adjudicated for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences and was sentenced to 703 days in State Jail.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Refugia Camarillo, 63 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More offences. She was also ordered to have an interlock device installed for 5 years on her vehicle.

Frankie Suelynn Davis, 35 of Cypress, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More offences.  She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail, perform 100 hours community service, and had an interlock device installed for 1 year on her vehicle. 

Keairica Rell-Lee Shields, 25 of College Station, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $100 fine, and perform 200 hours of community service.
