ONE PERSON ARRESTED AFTER ACCIDENT

One person was arrested Tuesday after an accident.
Brenham Police report that Tuesday night at 8:45, Officers responded to the 200 block of South Blue Bell Road in reference to a Crash. Investigation revealed that Earl Daniels, 41 of Brenham, failed to comply with duties upon striking a fixed object and had an active warrant. Daniels was taken into custody for failure to comply with duties upon striking a fixed object and his active warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
