NAVASOTA HOLDING NEXT SOUNDS OF SUMMER CONCERT FRIDAY

  

The City of Navasota will host the second concert of the Sounds of Summer series tomorrow (Friday) night.

Mango Punch! will hit the stage with live music at 7 p.m., delivering an energetic performance representing a diversity of styles and eras as part of their English and Spanish repertoire.

The free concert will be held on the grounds of Navasota City Hall.  Vendors will be selling food and drinks, and kids can enjoy activities like inflatable water slides.

Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and coolers.

Starting at 4 p.m. tomorrow, East McAlpine Street will be closed from La Salle Street to Farquhar Street.  A portion of Farquhar Street will also be closed.  The roads will reopen at approximately 10 p.m.

The series will close out with the Brown Sugar Band on August 9th.
