SIX PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Six people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell.

Jessica Malynn Nichols, 35 of New Ulm, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Tiffany Taylor Vasquez, 51 of Somerville, was sentenced to six years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or More Offences.  She was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, serve 10 days in the Washington County Jail, and have an interlock device on her vehicle for 1 year.

Oakland Drake Kemp-Bouldin, 26 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service, and have no contact with victim.

Marqruaze L. Jackson, Jr., 20 of Killeen, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Taggart Allen Musgrove, 42 of Austin, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Deangelia Jackson, 52 of Avondale, Louisiana had her probation revoked and was sentenced to 30 days in the Washington County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd offence.
