BRENHAM FIRE DEPT., DAIRY QUEEN TEAM UP FOR MIRACLE TREAT DAY
Members of the Brenham Fire Department jumped into the kitchen at the local Dairy Queen on Thursday to help raise money for a good cause.
Thursday was Miracle Treat Day, a one-day event where participating Dairy Queen restaurants donate proceeds to support Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.

Firefighters cooked hamburgers and fries, took orders at the window and delivered them to guests, and made ice cream treats.
The fire department and Dairy Queen employees even took part in an ice cream eating contest, with firefighter Josh Ruemke taking the crown.
