48 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.
Santiago Berillo Armas, 25 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Pregnant Person.
Charles Edward Bartley, 33 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More offences.
Coma Lee Bradley, 34 of Washington, was indicted for Assault, Intentional or Reckless by impeding Breath or Circulation of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.
Charles Edward Dorsey, II, 24 of Washington, was indicted for Assault of a Pregnant Person.
Nicholas Andrew Franke, 27 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Publishing or Threaten to Publish Intimate Visual Material.
Elijah Nichols Hinojosa Gomez, 22 of Houston, was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Jackson Oliver Heath, 19 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of Building.
Jaxson Ryan Herring, 18 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Habitation.
Florence D. Jackson, 40 of Brenham, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500, with Two or More Previous Convictions.
Frederick Dion Jackson, 33 of Temple, was indicted for Attempting to Tamper with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession a Firearm by a Felon.
Ricardo Lagueere, 27 of Pompano Beach, Florida was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Richard Allen Mann, 51 of Hewitt, Texas was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More Offences.
Morris Lee McCulloch, 61 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3 or More Offences.
Shanta’Nice Erica McMillan, 28 of Lauderhill, Florida was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.
Ariel Adolpho Mendez, 26 of Houston, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz and 5lbs.
Tracy Nicole Moore, Jr., 29 of Houston, was indicted for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
Miguel A. Moreno, 18 of Dickinson, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info.
Ralph Todd Poehlmann, 59 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.
Cristina Renee Ramirez, 27 of Brenham, was indicted for Violation Protective Order and Assault.
Gorey Ragston, 36 of Brenham, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Richard Earl Ray, Jr., 37 of Caldwell, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Jordan Anthony Spahn, 52 of Brenham, was indicted for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact.
Isaiah Treymahn Washington, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Roderick Whiter-Ssinoh, 41 of Antioch, California was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction.

They are: Marlon Emmanuel Battle, 28 of Hempstead, Valarie Elizabeth Green, 44 of Houston, McKenney Kaylin Kelley, 24 of Brenham, Jamarcus Xaiven Lewis, 21 of College Station, Jacob Allen Mathis, 20 of Chappell Hill, Adam Glenn Scott Rodgers, 27 of Brenham, Ever Alexander Molina Ruiz, 36 of Houston, Makayla Lizette Salinas, 21 of Humble, Jerdarrell Dewayne Smith, 22 of Bryan, and Alyssa Nichole Tejeda, 23 of Richmond, Texas.

Lucas Cash Flynn, 19 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Reece Allen Wittu, 18 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
