SCHULENBURG HANDS BURTON LADY PANTHERS A HOME LOSS

The Burton Lady Panthers suffered a home loss to Schulenburg 3-1 last (Tuesday) night. 

Burton actually won the first set 25-22. However, Schulenburg came back to win the next three sets 25-21, 25-20, and 25-11. 

Amaya Williams led the offense with 15 kills. Adison Harmel had 28 assists, while Laci Broesche chipped in with 18 assists. Reagan Roemer led the defense with 19 digs. 

Next up, the Lady Panthers will take part in the Rice Consolidated Tournament, which runs Thursday-Saturday in Altair.  On the first day, they are scheduled to face Ganado, Hallettsville, and Iola.
