CITY OF CARMINE UNDER MANDATORY WATER RESTRICTIONS
The City of Carmine has instituted mandatory water restrictions until further notice.
The city says one of its water wells went down on August 19th, forcing it to put strict water conservation measures into effect while it addresses the needed repairs.
Residents may only water their lawns between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Odd-numbered addresses can only water on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while even-numbered addresses may only water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Washing of vehicles is prohibited.
