3 PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Three people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court this week.

Christopher Louis Meier, 36 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Dante Louis Mucherino, 36 of Gainesville, Florida, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $4000 fine.

Markell De Mond Lee, 22 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation and Escape While Arrested or Confined.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and serve 200 hours of community service.
