FORMER CUB SCHLOTTMANN INJURED, EXPECTED TO MISS 8-10 WEEKS

Former Brenham Cub OL Austin Schlottmann, who is now with the New York Giants, was placed on injured reserve on Thursday.

Schlottmann suffered a broken fibula during practice on Wednesday.

He is expected to miss 8-10 weeks.

Schlottmann sign two-year deal with the Giants back in March. Prior to that, he played three seasons with the Denver Broncos, and two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.

He played college football at TCU.
