COLORADO COUNTY FAIR ROYALTY CROWNED

The Royalty for the 46th Annual Colorado County Fair and Rodeo was crowned this past Saturday night in Columbus.
The 2024 Fair Queen is Brooklyn Eden, while the Junior Queen is Paige Ausmus. Meanwhile, Savannah May was named as Junior Miss, Maxwell Koenig was named as Little Mister, and Khloe Rebel was named as Little Miss.
The Membership Queen will be crowned on Thursday night at the Fair. Queen candidates can still sell tickets and memberships until Wednesday at 5pm.
The Colorado County Fair runs this week Thursday thru Saturday at the Fairgrounds in Columbus. The theme for this year’s Fair is “Footloose Kick off Your Boots.”
Musical entertainment begins on Thursday night with Broken G Karaoke from 7-10pm.
Friday night is also Tejano Night. DJ Jimmy Mixx will perform from 6-7pm and 9-10pm. Los Joveros will take the stage from 7-9pm. Los Rieleros round out the night at 10pm.
Saturday night’s entertainment includes the Bandits at 5pm, David Lewis at 7pm, Shenandoah at 9pm, and William Beckmann at 11pm.
Other activities over the three-day stretch include a carnival, a petting zoo, a livestock show, a rodeo, mutton bustin', vendors, exhibits, and much more.
