RT-C DEFEATS PROVIDENCE CLASSICAL 3-1
The Round Top-Carmine Cubette Volleyball Team picked up a 3-1 victory over Providence Classical on Tuesday evening.
Providence won the first set 25-22. However, RT-C came back to win the next three sets 25-15, 25-17, and 25-16.
Madison Markwardt continued her incredible season with her seventh triple-double. She recorded 12 kills, 11 digs, and 18 assists.
Jill Eilers just missed a triple-double of her own. She had 8 kills, 10 digs, and 23 assists.
Meanwhile, Tess Eilers had 7 kills and 16 digs, plus Bree Dooley finished with 10 kills and 9 digs.
Next up, for the Cubettes, they will host North Zulch on Friday beginning with the JV at 5pm, and the Varsity to followed afterwards.
