CUBETTES’ BUSKER ANNOUNCES COLLEGE PLANS
Brenham Cubette Pitcher Heidi Busker has made her college plans known.
Busker, who will be a senior this upcoming season, announced on social media yesterday (Wednesday) that she will be heading to Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania to pitch for the Bullets.
Last season, as a junior for the Cubettes, Busker was a Second Team All District selection, and an Academic All-District selection.
She had a 5-7 record with a 2.63 ERA.
Busker joins teammates Avery Maurer and Sarah Mabie in announcing their college plans early. Maurer has committed to Sam Houston State University, while Mabie has committed to Angelina College.
