OVER 3,000 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH TWO DAYS

  

Already 3,000 people have voted in Washington County for the presidential election.

Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson reports that there were 1,553 early voters on Tuesday, surpassing the 1,481 who came in on Monday to kick off early voting.

Through the first two days, 3,034 ballots have been cast.

The Washington County Courthouse Annex is open for early voting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day through this Friday, shifting to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.  All of next week, October 28th through November 1st, hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th
