The Brenham Cub Band is on to the area UIL competition after a strong showing in the district round on Wednesday.
Competing at Daikin Stadium in Waller, the band received a superior rating by earning 1’s across the board in all categories.
The area contest will take place on Saturday at Ray Maddry Stadium in Channelview. The band’s performance is scheduled for 12:45 p.m.
