LIFETIME LEARNING LUNCHEON TO DISCUSS TRAVELING SMITHSONIAN EXHIBIT COMING TO BRENHAM

  

Lifetime Learning Brenham invites guests to an upcoming luncheon discussing the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street program set to visit Washington County this winter.

City of Brenham Tourism and Marketing Director Jennifer Eckermann will be the featured speaker for the luncheon, which will be held on Friday, November 8th from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cannery Kitchen, 314 East Alamo Street in Brenham.

The topic will be the “Crossroads: Change in Rural America” traveling exhibit that will be on display in Brenham and surrounding communities from December 7th to January 20, 2025.

The exhibit will explore the evolving nature of rural areas and their impact on America’s future.
