BRENHAM JUNIOR HIGH BAND MEMBERS SELECTED FOR ALL-REGION BAND, ORCHESTRA
Several members of the Brenham Junior High School band have earned a spot in the Texas Music Educators Association All-Region Band.

Chuy Santibanez Ambrocio, Johnny Campbell, Sam Guillory, Leone Hernandez, Charlie Schramme, Carter Smith and Mallorie Renn were selected for the Region Band. Campbell and Hernandez also received the distinction of placing in the Region Orchestra.
Band members began preparing for the All-Region Band auditions in August. Competing against students from Cypress, Spring Branch, and Waller, they must achieve top scores in their audition rooms to qualify.
Those who make it into the Region Band will have the opportunity to perform in a concert in November alongside the best musicians from the area. Additionally, students who rank at the top of their rooms are invited to join the All-Region Orchestra.
