MONEY MAKEOVER SHOW COMING TO AN END AFTER 18 YEARS
A long-running program on KWHI is coming to an end.
Money Makeover Show on KWHI. The program
aired for the final time on Wednesday.
Today (Wednesday) was the final edition of the Money Makeover Show, which has been on the air for 18 years. The program, hosted by Doug Neal, Jamie Keys and Toni Navarre of Neal Financial Group, provided the audience with news about various financial topics. Listeners could also call in to the show and ask questions for specific information or guidance.
Neal says after many years, they felt it was time to step away from the radio show. He says their goal was to offer an impartial voice in financial matters.
Keys says the program gave them the ability to use their background in education to inform the public, especially with how frequently – and sometimes drastically – the world of finances and the economy can transform.
Keys credits Navarre for being the driving force behind starting the radio show.
Neal says they will still provide services at their offices in downtown Brenham and Tomball, and that this just marks the end of the radio program.
