THREE BRENHAM MEN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
Three Brenham men were arrested in separate incidences on Tuesday, charged with assault.
Brenham Police report that Tuesday night at 10:05, Officers responded to the 300 block of West Chauncy Street in reference to a disturbance. Initial investigation revealed that Bracken Bailey Bowen, 33 of Brenham, had assaulted a family member. Bowen taken into custody and transported to the Washington County where he was booked in on Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
Then Tuesday night at 11:05, Officers responded to the 4000 block of 36 South in reference to an assault. Investigation revealed that an assault had occurred. Shawn Pritchett, 37 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Indecent Assault and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
Then Tuesday night at 11:30, Sergeant Jimmy Ha responded to a disturbance located at 1200 block of Cheyenne Drive. Investigation revealed that an assault took place. A male identified as Joe York, 36 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Upon arrival at the jail, contraband was located, and he was booked in for additional charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility.
