BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

  

A Brenham man was arrested Saturday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Saturday night at 9:45, Officer James Catchings conducted a traffic stop at the 2600 block of 36 South. Marijuana was found inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Brandell Searcy, 20 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and transported to the Washington County Jail.
