SOMERVILLE YEGUAS EARN MULTIPLE ALL-DISTRICT HONORS

Coming off an incredible 11-2 season, that included winning the District Championship with a perfect 7-0 record, the Somerville Yegua Football Team was honored with several selections on the All-District Team.

Keith Crawford was named as the District MVP. Christopher Deere was named as the Newcomer of the Year. Head Coach Phil Roberts and the Yegua Coaches were named as the Coaching Staff of the Year.

First Team All-District Offense went to QB Ian Teague, WR Keith Crawford, WR Kyle Brooks, OL Canyon Surovik, OL Charlie Figueroa, and OL Izael Garza.

First Team All-District Defense went to DL Moses Stickel, DL Martin Espinoza, LB Christopher Deere, LB Kutter Rohrbach, DB Keith Crawford, DB Kyle Brooks, and DB Kason Rohrbach.

Second Team All-District Offense went to RB Ja’Keith Daniels, RB Colt Holton, FB Luke Moses, and OL Nick Connelly.

Second Team All-District Defense went to DL DeChristian Deere, DL Ja’Keith Daniels, LB Andrew Espinoza, LB Colt Holton, and DB Jayden Young

Honorable Mention All-District went to WR Kason Rohrbach, FB Kutter Rohrbach, OL Blake Collier, OL/DL Aiden Parker, DL Trevor Rosser, and DB Kaleb Leang.

Academic All-District went to Colt Holton, Kason Rohrbach, Jaydon Young, Andrew Vaiz-Ayers, and Canyon Surovik.
