WASHINGTON CO. APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD TO HEAR ANNUAL REPORTS
Year-end business will be taken up by the Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors when it meets on Tuesday.
Board members will review and accept the appraisal district’s 2024 annual report and mass appraisal report.
The annual report covers a summary of activities, appeals data, explanations of appraisal methods, and statistical, budgetary and staff information.
The mass appraisal report explains the mass appraisal, goes over the intended use and users of the appraisal and describes the scope of work performed.
The board will also discuss and prepare the chief appraiser’s evaluation to be conducted in January. That will be followed by standard monthly reports.
The board will meet Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the appraisal district office, 1301 Niebuhr Street in Brenham.
