CUBETTES FALL AT HOME TO A&M CONSOLIDATED 50-31

The Brenham Cubette Basketball Team returned to District 17-5A play on Friday night with a 50-31 home loss to the A&M Consolidated Lady Tigers.

The game got off to a neck-and-neck start with both teams scoring nine points each in the first quarter.

The Lady Tigers then pulled away by outscoring Brenham 15-9 in the second quarter, 14-5 in the third quarter, and 12-8 in the fourth quarter.

Antyiahna Lang led the Cubettes with 12 points in the game.

Next up: Brenham will be at Rudder on Tuesday night at 6:30pm.
