WASHINGTON CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE ARRESTS WOMAN ON ANIMAL CRUELTY WARRANTS

A Brenham woman was arrested on warrants for animal cruelty on Wednesday by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
At 8 a.m. Wednesday, Corporal Rosa Salinas, while conducting close patrol in the 4600 block of Tommy Lane, observed a subject in the area who had local arrest warrants.
43-year-old Angela Jo Martinez was taken into custody on warrants for two counts of Cruelty to Non Livestock Animals – Failure to Provide. She was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
