CUBETTE BASKETBALL HOSTING SENIOR NIGHT AGAINST RUDDER

The Brenham Cubette Basketball Team will be playing their final home game of the season later tonight (Friday) when they host Bryan Rudder at the Brenham High School Gym.

It is Seniors Night. The Cubettes will be recognizing five seniors, who are playing in their final home game.

The five seniors being recognized are Yazmine Gaines, Shamiah Mathis, Jalayla Hancock, J’Tayla Moore, and Janiyah Whitley.

The opening tip-off is scheduled for 6:30pm. KWHI will have live coverage with the pregame beginning at 6:15pm.

Elsewhere around District 17-5A: A&M Consolidated is at Montgomery, Lake Creek visits College Station, and Huntsville has a bye this evening, but can clinch the district championship if A&M Consolidated loses to Montgomery.

However, if Consol wins tonight, then they will be tied with Huntsville for first place going into the final night of the regular season on Tuesday.
