AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 15

  

Fifteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

25-year-old Pavel Almaguer-Martinez, 27-year-old Ubaldo Alonso Montes and 29-year-old Eduanis Rodriguez-Garcia, all indicted for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument.

45-year-old Derrick Jerome Wheaten, indicted for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

34-year-old William Macon, for Tampering with a Government Record, License or Seal with Intent to Defraud or Harm.

44-year-old Bradley James Shupak, for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. 

37-year-old Ashley Nichol Slack, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

35-year-old Christopher Shepard, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

33-year-old Carlos Arcila-Giraldo, 53-year-old Stefan Lamar Bean, 33-year-old Shane Michael-Lee Horelica, 35-year-old Jassmane Ismael Jefferson, 33-year-old Jorge Luis Rangel, 33-year-old Dalton Sertuche and 36-year-old Ahman Taylor, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
