BRENHAM POLICE REPORT ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY WARRANT, DWI, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE
Brenham police made four arrests between Tuesday night and early this (Wednesday) morning.
At 10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to a police alarm in the 2300 block of South Market Street. Investigation revealed that 33-year-old Cecil Alan Roberts II of Brenham showed to have an active warrant through the Pardon and Parole Board for Burglary of a Habitation. Roberts was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in for the warrant.
Shortly after 12:15 a.m. today, Officer Garrett Downs was dispatched to the 500 block of Highway 290 West for a report of a reckless driver. Police say their investigation found that the driver, identified as 61-year-old Ardie Charles Hanath of Brenham, was operating a motor vehicle while being intoxicated. Hanath was placed into custody for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd.
At 2 a.m., officers were called out to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Northview Circle Drive. Upon investigation, 24-year-old Bradrick Kendall Harris Jr. of Hockley was taken into custody for Public Intoxication, while 24-year-old Kendallyn Chantell Harris, also of Hockley, was charged with Interfering with Public Duties. While investigating the disturbance, police determined that one of the vehicles on location was confirmed stolen out of Houston. The alleged owner, Kendallyn Harris, was additionally charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Both subjects were transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in.
