BRENHAM FFA MEMBERS EARN HONORS AT SA STOCK SHOW’S HEIFER SHOW
Brenham FFA had an excellent outing last week in the Heifer Show at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

Twelve Brenham FFA members competed in the Heifer Show.
Finishing at the top were Mallory Winkelmann’s first place Brangus and Jacee Hegar’s first place Santa Gertrudis.
Calvin Wunderlich placed second with his Santa Gertrudis. Grasyn Hinze’s Brahman also placed second.
Receiving fifth place were Randa Tillman’s Brangus and Kate Martin’s Simbrah.
Barnes Koehl and his ARB took sixth place. Dawson Moran, Morgan Westerfeld and Samantha Mahlmann each placed seventh with their Santa Gertrudis, Beefmaster and Charolais, respectively.
Michael Kettler finished 11th with his Brangus, and Colton Bilski took 12th with his Angus.
Students were led by Brenham FFA Advisor and Ag Science teacher Joseph Dickschat.
