BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, WARRANTS FOR ASSAULT & WEAPON POSSESSION
A Brenham man faces a criminal mischief charge and several warrants after his arrest by Brenham police on Wednesday.
Just after noon, officers responded to the 2200 block of South Market Street in reference to a disturbance.
Police say their investigation revealed that 36-year-old Gorey Ragston allegedly broke a window and left the location.
Ragston was located and placed into custody for Criminal Mischief $100 - $750, as well as three outstanding warrants. Two of the warrants came from Washington County and Freestone County for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, with another from Burleson County for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
