CITIZENS STATE BANK TO HOST CUSTOMER APPRECIATION EVENT FRIDAY IN BRENHAM FOR 100 YEAR CELEBRATION

Citizens State Bank will continue its centennial celebration at a customer appreciation event tomorrow (Friday) in Brenham.

The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Brenham branch at 2007 South Day Street.  Free coffee and breakfast will be served, as well as LJ’s BBQ for lunch.  Snacks and refreshments will be available in the afternoon, and there will be opportunities to win giveaways and prize drawings.

CSB Marketing Director Kendra Wiatrek, speaking on Tuesday’s KWHI Community Corner, said all are welcome to join the bank in celebrating this milestone.

The bank was first chartered in 1925 in Somerville.  Since then, it has expanded to operate locations in Deanville, Caldwell, Snook, Brenham, Navasota, and most recently Burton.

CSB Executive Vice President and Brenham Branch President Cory Flencher said much has changed over the past century, but the bank has remained steadfast in its commitment to the community.

CSB’s 100-year celebration will culminate on June 6th with a block party at the Somerville location.

KTEX-106’s Eilish will be at the Brenham branch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow, broadcasting live from the KTEX Country Cruiser and offering spins of the Wagon Wheel of Prizes.
