CUBS SECOND, CUBETTES THIRD AT BRENHAM SPRING INVITATIONAL
The Brenham Varsity Spring Invitational finished up on Saturday at the Brenham Country Club.
The Cubette golfers finished third overall with a two-day team score of 709. Raylea Kunkel was second over-all with a two-day total of 153, while Sophia Workman was third overall with a two-day total of 156.
Rounding out the two-day scores for Brenham were Caroline Sawyer at 210, Mallory Winklemann at 212, and Addison Siemsglusz at 213.
On the Boys side, the Cubs finished second overall with a two-day team score of 643. Holton Gillentine and Luke Alford ended up tying for fifth with each having a two-day score of 156. Caleb Klussmann finished in a tie for 9th by shooting a two-day told of 162.
Also for the Cubs, Bryce Siemsglusz had a two day total of 170, and Levi Dupont finished with a total of 177.
Next up will be the Waller Tournaments. The Cubettes are scheduled to compete tomorrow (Tuesday), while Cubs will play on Thursday.
