FAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S POSSE HOSTING 17TH ANNUAL RAM RODEO

  

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Posse is getting ready to host their 17^th Annual Ram Rodeo.

This year’s Ram Rodeo will be held April 4-5 at the Sheriff’s Posse Arena, which is located on FM 609, three miles south of La Grange.

The gates open at 7:30pm on both nights.

Season passes, which gets you in to both nights, are $35. One day passes are $20. Tickets for youth ages 6-12 are $10 each. Children five and under get in for free.

Friday night, April 4, will feature a rescue race. Entry fee is $30 per team.

The Go Texan BBQ Cookoff is being held on both nights.

Saturday night, April 5, will feature the “Wild” Bill Kelso Memorial Scholarship Team Roping event.

That same night is also “Tough Enough to Wear Pink” Night. A portion of the proceeds that evening will be donated to a local family battling cancer.

In addition to that, there is going to be a Mutton Bustin’ competition as well.
