Question a “Passenger” was found to be intoxicated so he was arrested? So If I do not drink but my friends do and I am bringing them home safely If I got stopped they could be arrested ?
Your right they should have left her in the ditch and just took her friend to jail. They have to leave the person in the care of a sober person but if too drunk or belligerent to jail.
Well that clears that up LOL.. I meant why wouldn’t they let the passenger call someone to come get them and take them home safely? But your Sarcasm and condescending answer is Dually noted. You put me in my place and you are the superior human being.
