UIL ANNOUNCES BOYS AND GIRLS STATE GOLF QUALIFIERS

The UIL has posted the qualifiers for the upcoming Boys and Girls State Golf Tournaments.

The Girls Tournament will be held Monday, April 28, and Tuesday, April 29. Among the qualifiers are:

Class 5A

Brenham- Raylea Kunkel (Individual Medalist)

Lake Creek - Addie Surber, Evangelina Stomers, Kylie Ellegood, Brooke Mills, and Emma Gibson (Team Qualifier)

Montgomery - Jordyn Herridge, Katelynn Allen, Addison Payne, Briley Hamrick, and Carson Thomas (Team Qualifier)

Class 4A

Navasota - Natalie Nobles (Individual Medalist)

Class 3A

Anderson-Shiro - Reilly Baker (Individual Medalist)

Columbus - Thea Schobel, Katharine Burnett, Mady Garcia, Sydnie Shepard, and Madison McRae (Team Qualifier)

The Boys Tournament is being held on Monday, May 5, and Tuesday, May 6. Among the qualifiers+

A&M Consolidated - Raines Watson (Individual Medalist)

Class 2A

Snook - Brett Withem (Individual Medalist)

The tournaments are being held at various courses around the Austin area.
