ACCIDENT CALLS FRIDAY, EARLY SATURDAY FOR BRENHAM FIRE DEPT.
The Brenham Fire Department responded to one accident call Friday afternoon and another early this (Saturday) morning.
Shortly before 2:45 p.m. Friday, units were dispatched to a transportation incident at Highway 290 West and Highway 36 North. Upon arrival, they found a two-vehicle accident with injuries and assisted EMS with the patients. The department then cleaned debris from the roadway, returning to service once the vehicles were removed.
Just shy of 1:15 a.m. today, firefighters were called out to Highway 105 and North Blue Bell Road, where they discovered a two-vehicle accident with injuries. They helped EMS with the patients and cleaned the roadway up from debris. Once the vehicles were removed from the roadway, units returned to the station.
