BRENHAM PD ARRESTS ONE FOR MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, ANOTHER FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Brenham police made one arrest on Monday on a narcotics charge and another arrest early this (Tuesday) morning for marijuana possession.
Shortly after 8 p.m. Monday, Officer Duran conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Highway 290 West. During the investigation, police determined that the front seat passenger was in possession of narcotics. 19-year-old Lucas Miceli of Brenham was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams and Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
Just past midnight today, Officer Heinecke conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Day Street and West Lubbock Street. After a probable cause search was conducted, the driver, 27-year-old Ashley Kasprowicz of Brenham, was taken into custody and booked in at the Washington County Jail for Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
