BRENHAM PD REPORTS ARRESTS FOR ASSAULT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, WARRANTS

  

Brenham police made three arrests on Monday and one early this (Tuesday) morning.

Cristian Salgado

Just after 7 a.m. Monday, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Chappell Hill Street.  Upon further investigation, police determined that the driver, 31-year-old Cristian Salgado of Brenham, had an active capias pro fine warrant out of Washington County for judgment of prior conviction of Driving While License Invalid Enhanced with Previous Conviction/Suspended Without Financial Responsibility.  Cristian Salgado was taken into custody for his warrant. 

Javier Rodriguez Salgado

42-year-old Javier Rodriguez Salgado arrived to take possession of the vehicle.  Officers ran his name through dispatch, and he showed to have two active Brenham Municipal Court warrants for Driving While License Invalid and Unrestrained Child (8-16) by a Safety Belt.  Javier Rodriguez Salgado was also taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail without incident.

Lateh Yvonne Franklin
(Washington Co. Jail)

Shortly past 1:30 p.m., Officer Garrett Downs was dispatched to a lapsed physical disturbance in the 800 block of West Mansfield Street.  Police say their investigation revealed that 47-year-old Lateh Franklin of Brenham allegedly assaulted a family member.  Franklin was placed into custody for Assault Family Violence and booked in at the Washington County Jail.

Francisco Euskival Estrada
(Washington Co. Jail)

Around 3 a.m. today, officers conducted a close patrol near the 2700 block of South Market Street.  Police arrested 37-year-old Francisco Estrada of Brenham for Criminal Trespass and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
