BRENHAM POLICE ARREST ONE FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION, SERVE ANOTHER WITH A BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER WARRANT
Brenham police made an intoxication arrest and served a warrant on Tuesday.
At 10:30 p.m., Officer Trinten Rolling and Corporal Alex Saenz responded to the 700 block of South Market Street in reference to a welfare concern. Police state that they found 26-year-old Marvin Solis Ixpache of Brenham to be under the influence of alcohol. Solis-Ixpache was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for Public Intoxication.
Also on Tuesday, at around 3:15 p.m., Officer Le’Darion Jenkins responded to the Washington County Jail to serve an active warrant on an inmate. The warrant on 33-year-old Sonny Marks of Sealy was served out of Washington County for Violation of a Bond/Protective Order.
