TWO ALARM CALLS MONDAY FOR BRENHAM FIRE DEPT.

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded to two calls on Monday.

At 8:45 a.m., BFD members were dispatched to the 900 block of Wild Vine Pass for a report of a fire alarm.  They made location to find an alarm beeping, but they discovered the alarm was for the lift station and not a fire alarm.

A few minutes after 6:45 p.m., units were dispatched to the Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 Highway 36 South, for an alarm going off.  The alarm had already been reset when the department arrived.  Firefighters spoke with an employee, who advised a resident had pulled the fire alarm because of a behavioral issue.
