SHERIFF’S OFFICE BOOKS IN TWO FOR TRAFFIC CHARGES
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people over the weekend on traffic charges.
Just before 9 p.m. Friday, Sergeant Adam Zavala conducted a traffic stop for speeding in the 8600 block of FM 50. According to the sheriff’s office, the driver, 32-year-old Marquis Jcorri Johnson of Bryan, was found to have a suspended driver’s license. Johnson was transported to the Washington County Jail and charged with Driving While License Invalid Enhanced and No Seat Belt.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sergeant Zavala conducted a traffic stop for speeding in the 3400 block of Highway 105. The driver was stated to have local warrants and was taken into custody. 21-year-old Beautiful Heaven Dannhaeuser of Washington was taken to the Washington County Jail for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Responsibility and Running a Stop Sign.
