ACCIDENT, TWO FALSE ALARMS FOR BRENHAM FD

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded to one call on Tuesday and two others early this (Wednesday) morning.

Close to 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, units went out to a fire alarm at a home in the 1200 block of Wilkins Valley Street.  The alarm was determined to be false.

Another fire alarm was reported around 3 a.m. today at a home in the 2600 block of Cheri Lane.  The alarm was also found to be false.

Just before 5 a.m., the department was dispatched to a crash in the 5900 block of Highway 290 West.  Firefighters found a one-vehicle accident and stood by at the scene until they were released by law enforcement.
