BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WARRANT

A Brenham man was booked into jail early this (Thursday) morning for a controlled substance warrant.
Around 5:15 a.m., Brenham Police Officer Trinten Rolling responded to the 1200 block of Old Independence Road in reference to a warrant service.
Police say 46-year-old Justin Moore showed to have an active warrant out of the Washington County Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace for Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B, Less Than a Gram.
Moore was placed into custody for the warrant and taken to the Washington County Jail.
