BRENHAM FD CALLED OUT THURSDAY FOR CRASH WITH ENTRAPMENT

  

The Brenham Fire Department responded to a crash Thursday morning.

Around 8:30 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to the 7000 block of Highway 290 East for a transportation incident with entrapment. 

The department arrived on location to find a two-vehicle accident with one driver trapped.  BFD personnel used a cutter and spreader to remove the driver’s door from that vehicle, and they returned to service after both vehicles were off the roadway.  No word was given on any potential injuries.
