BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS

A Brenham man faces a criminal trespass charge after his arrest early this (Thursday) morning.
Just after midnight, Brenham police responded to a report of trespassing inside a residence located in the 1600 block of Lauraine Street.
According to police, their initial investigation revealed that 66-year-old Dylan Wayne Flenoy was on the premises without the effective consent of the owner, and had previously received a criminal trespass warning that entry was forbidden.
Flenoy was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was charged with Criminal Trespass.
