WASHINGTON COUNTY MINOR BOYS MOVE ON TO DISTRICT 13 TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP

The Washington County Minor Boys moved one step closer to the District 13 Championship after last (Monday) night's 15-2 win over Columbus.

In the other game, Hempstead knocked off La Grange 10-9.

So tonight (Tuesday), Hempstead faces Columbus at 7pm at Linda Anderson Park in Brenham. The winner faces Washington County on Wednesday night at 7pm for championship.

Washington County just needs one more win to claim the title. The Hempstead-Columbus winner would have to beat Washington County twice to win the tournament.
