BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WARRANT

A Brenham man was booked into jail on Monday for a controlled substance warrant.
Around 5:30 p.m., Brenham Police Officer Navone Gurley responded to a follow-up in the 1800 block of Longwood Drive.
19-year-old Sean Robert Sowders was arrested for a warrant out of Washington County for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4 Grams.
Sowders was taken to the Washington County Jail.
